The Mission of the Development Office

The Development Office is responsible for university-wide private fundraising efforts for the advancement of UNO. Through the generosity of alumni, friends, corporate and foundation partners, UNO maintains its unwavering commitment as the premier urban university of Louisiana. UNO strategically serves the needs of this region through undergraduate and graduate programs along with mutually beneficial collaborations with public and private bodies whose missions are consistent with and supportive of UNO’s teaching, scholarly, and community service objectives.
